Product is ok, but very disappointed in the time to it took to arrive, 2.5 weeks. The event I wanted the item for had come and gone. I reached out to their customer service email, received a less than satisfactory response. Then when I replied asking for a full refund (multiple times), was ignored. That's not how you do business.
